About this role

Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS finance system initiatives, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
Partner with global and regional Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, risks, and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution designs, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
Serve as a finance systems subject-matter expert, driving effective use of existing solutions and recommending enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Payments)
Strong understanding of finance business processes, including month-end and year-end close
Demonstrated experience leading ERP system initiatives or projects
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
