Finance Manager

Fifth Dimension is an international startup bringing AI automation to document-heavy industries. As a Finance Manager, you will build the FP&A function from scratch, guiding major commercial decisions and managing financial reporting and modeling to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Own our weekly management reporting: ARR, pipeline coverage, forecasts - built interactively and delivered to the leadership team
• Build and maintain monthly management reporting: GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV:CAC, burn multiple, gross margin vs. assumption - with full P&L line items across sales & marketing, R&D, and G&A
• Build our revenue model: working back from annual targets to AE headcount requirements, quota levels, ACV attainment, marketing channel investment, and stage-weighted pipeline
• Maintain cap table, options register, and company secretarial tasks - working with our outsourced providers but owning the internal layer
• Act as the financial interface to RevOps - partnering closely on HubSpot data integrity, pipeline definitions, and revenue operations to ensure FP&A is built on solid ground
• Support fundraising and board prep when needed - building the narrative and the numbers
