Serve as a subject matter expert in the Agiloft platform and the broader CLM market
Partner closely with Account Executives to develop and execute sales strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning platform capabilities to business outcomes
Lead discovery, solution design, and value articulation across complex enterprise sales cycles
Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned to key business drivers
Manage and lead Proof of Concept (POC) engagements with clear success criteria
Support the creation of high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and customer-facing deliverables
Apply knowledge of machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), and AI-driven workflows to position differentiated solutions and educate customers
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide structured customer feedback

Demonstrated experience engaging with executive stakeholders (including CXO-level) and articulating enterprise software value propositions
Strong understanding of CLM, legal tech, procurement, or adjacent enterprise software domains
Deep knowledge of modern systems architecture, including cloud-native platforms, integrations, and APIs
Proven expertise in value-based selling, solution design, and delivering compelling product demonstrations
Experience leading customer pilots and Proof of Concept (POC) engagements
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies, including generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), and a working understanding of ML/NLP concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
