Role Overview
- Create clarity and consistency
- Develop and deliver unified management reporting across DUK&I, giving the business a single version of the truth.
- Improve the quality, consistency, and usefulness of financial information across multiple systems and teams.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecasting processes.
- Produce clear variance analysis and performance commentary that senior stakeholders can act on.
- Work closely with operational teams to help them understand performance drivers and make informed decisions.
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and business cases that shape the direction of the organisation.
- Help define KPIs, performance measures, and reporting cadence.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of a joined‑up reporting framework and the long‑term FP&A model for DUK&I.
Requirements
What you’ll bring****Technical & analytical strength
- Strong FP&A or management reporting experience, ideally in a multi‑entity or complex operating environment.
- Confidence working with imperfect data and building practical, scalable reporting solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn numbers into meaningful insight.
Commercial & collaborative mindset
- Comfortable partnering with operational stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving, evolving environment.
Systems experience
- Experience working across multiple finance systems (3E, Sage, D365, Planful desirable).
