Drive broad adoption of AI productivity tools across FPRS by defining practical guidance, standard usage patterns, and guardrails
Develop and maintain AI playbooks, reusable prompt libraries, and workflow examples
Partner with Product, Operations, Underwriting, and Service teams to identify, document, and scale repeatable AI use‑case patterns
Collaborate with HR and Learning partners to support role‑based AI literacy and adoption
Support and help evolve the FPRS AI Champion network by providing guidance, prompt libraries, and feedback loops
Analyze usage patterns, adoption trends, and qualitative feedback to identify friction points
Define handoff and sustainability standards
Communicate clearly with stakeholders across FPRS to share guidance, adoption insights, and enablement updates

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in roles related to business transformation, technology enablement, digital productivity, or operational improvement
Demonstrated experience supporting adoption of tools or ways of working across complex organizations
Experience creating playbooks, standards, training assets, or communities of practice that scale capability beyond individual contributors
Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Copilot and GenAI tools strongly preferred
