Personally solicit Wharton Fund prospects at the Benjamin Franklin Society level
Manage a portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects while collaborating with the Leadership Gift Officer
Work with Alumni Relations to recruit fundraising volunteers and manage their progress
Achieve Wharton Fund cash and participation targets each fiscal year
Analyze reports to evaluate alumni giving patterns and inform leadership strategies
Identify and cultivate leadership annual giving prospects

Bachelor of Science and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with alumni, volunteers, and high-capacity donors
Proven skill in frontline fundraising or sales, including the ability to confidently solicit gifts
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Experience working with CRM or fundraising databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to analyze donor data
