Analyze the business context and the impact of projects on the organization’s processes to enable the delivery of our projects that connect people with nature.
Support facility management teams during the planning of infrastructure projects to determine needs, scope and potential solutions.
Analyze the context and its possible evolution for each project to identify risks, constraints or opportunities that could affect project parameters.
Validate the alignment of projects with the organization’s strategic plan as well as with the business cases of the facilities or the targeted performance outcomes.
Ensure timely involvement of operational and conservation subject-matter experts across the organization.
Collaborate with facility management teams and project managers to detail the program and the chosen solution during the feasibility phase.
Requirements
University degree in a relevant field (business administration, landscape architecture or other)
Five years of relevant experience
Experience delivering infrastructure investment projects and project management knowledge
Knowledge of construction principles (asset)
Experience working within an establishment or strong operational knowledge (asset)
Knowledge of the tourism sector and natural environments (asset)
High degree of professional autonomy and strong teamwork skills
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information and critical thinking
Planning and organizational skills
Comfortable using Office suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
