Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Support the business in risk assessment and legal strategy development.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure management of contractual risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements and certain client contracts.
Provide clear and concise legal advice to various departments within the organization on matters related to commercial contracting issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Admission to practice law in any Indian state.
1-2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally as an in-house legal department or with a reputed law firm.
Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law, with experience in contract negotiation and management.
Familiarity with compliance regulations and corporate governance practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with a keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment.
