Providing advice and support to local teams on day-to-day tax issues (excluding compliance)
Conducting technical research on foreign tax matters across all types of taxes (direct and indirect taxation)
Ensuring the correct application of the tax treaty network
Drafting memos and notes for the Tax Department or other internal departments
Assisting with or monitoring tax audits and other tax matters, in coordination with local CFOs and external advisors
Overseeing the local implementation of the transfer pricing policy defined at headquarters (including management of APAs and rulings)
Defending the Group’s tax positions during audits
Conducting tax analyses and providing recommendations when entering new countries
Participating in cross-functional Group projects involving the network of maritime agencies
Reviewing contracts from a tax perspective

Master’s degree (Master 2) with a focus on Tax Law and/or a qualification from a law school with strong foundations in international taxation
+5 years of professional experience (excluding internships and work-study)
Experience in a large international company or in a law firm specializing in corporate tax
Fluent in English
Comfortable working with numerical data and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Curiosity and an interest in exploring tax systems across the world
Rigor, with a methodical and organized approach
Strong team spirit
Analytical thinking and reading comprehension
Strong communication, listening, and advisory skills
Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information, with solid writing skills
Proactivity and a desire to understand operational challenges
