Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and outreach to interviews, offers, and closing
Source top talent proactively through LinkedIn, professional networks, and market research, with a focus on operational and high-volume roles
Leverage AI and automation tools to increase sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and pipeline management
Manage coordination tasks such as scheduling, candidate communication, and process tracking to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams
Contribute to talent initiatives such as building sourcing playbooks, improving the candidate experience, and using data to refine our approach
Requirements
Fluent in German and English
3–4 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or startup backgrounds welcome)
Proven ability to run searches end-to-end while also taking on coordination and administrative tasks when needed
Strong LinkedIn and sourcing skills; comfortable with direct outreach and talent mapping
Proficient with ATS platforms (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) and able to manage pipelines and processes with ease
