Accounting for our portfolio of properties
Completing month end reconciliations for key balance sheet accounts (including rent, rates, utilities & mobile phone costs)
Ensuring accurate journal completion
Ensuring delivery of all key reports
Assisting with annual budgeting process
Providing support to Management Accountants to help the business understand their performance
Other ad-hoc assignments as they arise

AAT-qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA advantageous
Previous accountancy experience
Strong IT skills in particular with Excel
Good attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for
