About this role
Role Overview
Oversees the strategic product management for an assigned technical product line(s)
Engages with key stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize features
Ensures delivery of marketable capabilities for all U.S. Bank engineering teams while collaborating with agile teams
Drives product development with ownership of backlog
Manages across Enterprise users to define and deliver product performance goals
Owns all engagement for assigned technical portfolio regarding the SDLC
Develops, analyses, monitors, and reports on performance metrics
Leverages OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive roadmap priorities
Requirements
Technical Product Management experience
Expertise on the critical interdependencies among product model system elements
Ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results
Technical know-how understands the product technical architecture
Strong collaboration with software engineers to execute product vision and roadmap
Preferred skills: product strategy, vision and planning, product discovery, product development, agile ways of working, enterprise technical alignment and performance measurement and optimization
