Hires and lead an efficient and effective team which meets the needs of Enterprise Fraud Strategy
Sets, negotiates, and assures adherence to Agile program vision with a multitude of cross-functional partners
Managing and directing overall Product team activities and monitoring progress, including project health, capacity planning, and internal process improvement activity
Collaborates with peers and leaders across the Fraud Strategy and some Enterprise to ensure outcomes align with priorities and goals
Accountable to create a seamless experience for partners and staff, while driving down issues and improving experiences
Engagement with senior leaders, and stakeholders to support products/projects and solution implementations, assure strong controls & communications, weave multiple team/functions together towards those goals and keep focused on things that matter
This role requires flexibility, strong communications skills, team building, and an in-depth knowledge of large-scale Agile product, program management, and execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of related experience
Considerable knowledge of risk management associated with the assigned product lines
Thorough knowledge of lending, credit analysis and administration
Strong analytical skills relative to evaluating asset utilization and goals
Strong project management and strategic planning skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Strong PC skills and computer support system knowledge
