Planning, monitoring and control of cross-divisional development projects in the area of Remote Control
Responsibility for achieving project objectives
Leadership of cross-divisional project teams
Independent project communication and reporting to the project team and key stakeholders
Responsible for escalation management
Identification of project risks, analysis and organization of countermeasures
Requirements
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics, Physics or Industrial Engineering
Several years of professional experience in project management
Technical understanding of Remote Control systems, including control technologies, network integration (e.g. 5G, Wi‑Fi, LTE) and real-time solutions
Knowledge of Human-Machine Interaction (HMI), sensor integration or automated control is an advantage
Structured, independent, solution
and goal-oriented working style, and ability to work in a team
Strong organizational and communication skills, confident presence and assertiveness
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
