Deliver end-to-end change strategies and plans

Proven experience delivering change management within complex programmes (ideally ERP or large-scale digital transformation)
Experience working within consulting, delivery or implementation teams
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior and challenging clients
Experience leading change for a core business function
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consulting environments
