About this role
Role Overview
Lead complex client engagements and play a key role in the leadership of delivery teams
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
Take ownership of programme delivery from discovery through to closure
Help shape Civiteq’s methodologies
Develop our people and identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
Requirements
Leading complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor
Owning the planning and delivery of programmes in line with agreed Statements of Work
Conducting discovery and diagnostic work, developing recommendations and delivery plans
Leading programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement
Managing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes
Identifying and progressing follow‑on opportunities with existing clients
Owning programme financials, ensuring delivery against resourcing and margin expectations
Working closely with other Principal Consultants and Directors on resourcing and delivery planning
Maintaining accurate programme data and reporting
Contributing to Civiteq’s strategic objectives and ways of working
Deep experience across the full programme lifecycle, including:
Programme initiation and business case development
Planning, resourcing and risk management
Agile and/or waterfall delivery approaches
Stakeholder management at senior and executive level
Monitoring delivery, managing change, and closing programmes successfully
Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment
Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level
Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials
Experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
Confidence leading teams and handling challenging delivery environments
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Clear, credible communication at all levels
Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability
Collaborative and values‑led approach
Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery.
