Role Overview
- Lead and guide the bilingual support team;
- Supervise the team's daily activities;
- Identify development opportunities for team members;
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching;
- Monitor the operation's KPIs;
- Distribute strategies and share best practices implemented by the team;
- PAID/ABS control.
Requirements
- Technical knowledge of the product required;
- Currently enrolled in higher education (minimum);
- Final score in the most recent Performance Evaluation cycle greater than 100 (Good Performer);
- Preferable experience as an operations supervisor/team leader;
- Knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H is desirable;
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- English level C1 required — tests will be administered;
- Preferably live near the Atento Nova São Paulo Unit (South Zone of São Paulo).
