Manage and develop commercial relationships with the program’s partner airlines;
Conduct commercial negotiations, review processes, and manage contracts;
Plan and lead activities in line with company strategy, marketing tools and KPI analysis, aiming to identify opportunities and ensure targets, profitability and market share are met;
Work in partnership with Marketing, CRM and Pricing teams to run promotional campaigns that drive flight redemptions and help maintain customer engagement and loyalty to the program;
Perform studies and opportunity analyses to monetize the business;
Lead and participate as the responsible owner for new project initiatives with IT, Innovation, Quality and other areas that generate revenue and/or improve the customer experience;
Prepare executive presentations in Portuguese and English.
Requirements
University degree;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Advanced English — comfortable conducting conference calls, presentations and email communications in English most of the time;
Spanish is a plus;
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Navitaire, Sabre);
Experience in B2B/B2C markets within the travel/tourism sector;
Project experience — as a stakeholder and project owner;
Availability for domestic and international travel.
