Work with the team and product owners to define design requirements
Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX deliverables to reimagine financial processes such as loan origination and real estate transactions
Design intuitive interfaces by building prototypes
Develop scalable design foundations that work across our diverse customer base and apply to various loan product offerings
Requirements
Demonstrated advanced English language skills
Several years of experience as a Product Designer
Experience as a Lead Designer, guiding clients, projects, and people
Portfolio demonstrating excellence in:
Designing, validating, and shipping successful digital products and services
Applying design best practices
Building and documenting Design Systems
Crafting thoughtful UX and defining strategy through cross-functional collaboration and alignment
Conducting user research and testing, strategic planning, and ideation
Strong problem-solving skills in complex contexts
Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to balance engineering, customer, and product considerations with user needs
Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Art Direction, or a related design field (or equivalent experience)
Expert proficiency in Figma, including managing design systems, creating well-considered interactions, and designing for responsive layouts
Strong understanding of prompting for AI-driven prototyping; experience with Bolt is a plus (the team currently uses Bolt)
