About this role

4+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related field
Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills (PM credentials a plus)
Skilled at building executive ready decks and briefs
Experience in managing core talent management processes a plus
Experience in a global, matrixed organization
Knowledge of HRIS and talent management technologies, and related emerging tech, a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
