specifically for our Engineering Directorate!
Requirements
A Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who is able to start in early May (subject to vetting), mid-May latest.
Able to demonstrate that you have managed and delivered end-to-end campaigns in STEM disciplines (engineering preferred)
recruited at least 120 professional/specialist hires directly per year with minimal agency support
Willing, and able, to commute to Manchester and/or Warrington and spend at least one full day in the office every week with the rest of the team
Capable of showing the highest levels of candidate and hiring team care and engagement
