About this role
Role Overview
Oversee day-to-day program operations of Eisai patient support programs to assure quality and business rules compliance
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and escalate as appropriate
Build internal processes and documentation to assure successful program oversight
Conduct routine call monitoring and review of external vendors
Build budget requirements/proposals and track program operational costs and FTEs
Partner with field-based access and reimbursement team to resolve patient/provider issues
Work cross-functionally with applicable Eisai stakeholders to include other Market Access teams, Compliance, Legal, Training and Internal Audit
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech industry
Experience in pharma reimbursement including US reimbursement system in any of the major payer segments (Medicare, Medicaid, Federal, Managed Care)
Experience supporting key compliance areas related to the provision of reimbursement support services
Experience managing vendors/providers
Experience with end-to-end technology sourcing to pay process
Proven performance in earlier role
The ability to travel approximately 10-12% to meetings, vendors, training, etc.
