Collaborate with Sales & Application engineers to provide Techno commercial offers/solutions which are competitive & technically feasible
Coordinate with Manufacturing plants, Engineering teams, Purchasing to ensure all Solutions align with Customer requirements
Make Sales proposals/quotations for Products based out of Tungsten Carbide in form of preforms, finished wear products & Surface Technology Solutions for Custom Solution Products
Work with Plant, Product Engineering and Sourcing team to make Quotes and offers to Customer
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve optimum cost of the products
Work with Sourcing team to get optimum subcontractors Quotes benchmarking market Price
Support Field Sales from HO related to technical and commercial support to win Orders as needed
Collaborate with CFT on Cost saving Projects to optimize the product and process cost in changing Market scenarios to maintain market stake
Collaborate with internal team to automate Costing & Pricing process to provide quick response Quotes to customers
Requirements
10-15 Years relevant work experience
Bachelors in mechanical engineering /GTTC/CIPET/NTTF or equivalent
Strong hands-on experience on SAP ERP11 on manufacturing industry
Must be SAP Key user
Experience on NX is preferred
Skill in handling Power BI & data analysis is preferred
Experience in handling RFQ from customers specifically from Tungsten carbide / Powder Metallurgy processing or manufacturing industry preferred
Exposure to cost estimation of products preferred
Exposure to supply chains will be an advantage
Experience in manufacturing products made of Tungsten carbide or any wear solutions preferred
Experience on BOM and routing will be preferred
Must have strong machining & processing knowledge on shop floor.
