Own the end-to-end hardware system architecture across RFID, edge devices, and mesh networks
Design and guide deployment architectures for complex operational settings
Drive hardware-to-software integration and data flow
Evolve the hardware roadmap, technical standards, and product lifecycle
Ensure mission assurance across the hardware stack
Serve as the technical leader for mission engineering

10+ years of experience in systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical solution architecture
Proven expertise designing and integrating hardware systems (e.g., RFID, IoT, edge devices, networking equipment)
Experience translating mission or operational requirements into deployment-ready system architectures
Strong understanding of hardware-to-software integration
Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements and accreditation environments
Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader
