About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue goals
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales managers and representatives
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a national role
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Deep understanding of the secured direct industry and market trends
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50% of the time)
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
