Serve as the primary IT partner for Lindt North American Finance, Procurement, and HR, aligning technology priorities and roadmaps with functional strategies and business objectives.
Translate Finance, Procurement, HR’ business objectives into clear technology enablement strategies while ensuring strong partnership and day‑to‑day support for functional leaders.
Assess external technology trends, benchmarks, and best practices across Finance, Procurement, and HR to inform future-state design and investment prioritization.
Co‑lead solution shaping of the North America Finance, Procurement, HR Technology Roadmap with Solution Architects, balancing standards, feasibility, and business value.
Act as the alignment point between Finance, Procurement, HR leadership, Solution Architecture, Data / Analytics, and Delivery teams to ensure consistent prioritization and architectural integrity.
Maintain a function-wide demand view across platforms, ensuring full traceability from business ask → decision → roadmap placement → delivery.
Establish KPIs for Finance, Procurement, HR platforms and lead ongoing performance and value reviews.
Support change management, communication, and adoption activities for new processes, IT-driven technologies (infrastructure, security, application), and OneIT operating model changes.
Requirements
7–12 years of experience working with Finance, Procurement, HR systems (Finance, Procurement, HR)
Deep understanding of Finance and Procurement processes (including S2P) and foundational knowledge of HR processes.
Strong grasp of end‑to‑end business processes within Finance, Procurement, HR, with the ability to translate functional needs into clear technology requirements and roadmap inputs.
Proven cross‑functional collaboration skills, including effective partnership with Functional BPOs, solution architects, and delivery teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities, able to engage with senior functional leaders and drive alignment across teams.
Prior experience working in a Business Relationship Management (BRM), IT Business Engagement, or IT Business Partner function supporting Finance, Procurement, HR (Finance, Procurement, HR).
Demonstrated capability in product management, including product vision, roadmap development, and value‑based prioritization.
Experience in managing projects with clear value realization, benefits tracking, and aligning technology with functional KPIs.
Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple subsidiaries and shared service models.
