Support R1’s Insurance Discovery product by verifying and loading patient insurance coverage into systems
Manage a coverage work queue and research eligibility
Coordinate with payers and provider teams
Update patient records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Support metrics/reporting and recommend process improvements
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams by leading training and updating documentation

Revenue cycle experience (eligibility & denials preferred)
Powerful attention to detail and documentation skills
Proficiency with Excel is required; willingness to learn basic SQL (training is provided)
