Build and launch marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, focusing on field events, trade shows and some batch email sends.
Sync and manage campaign data between Marketo and Salesforce
Set up campaign tracking and UTMs
Test campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and deliverability
Use Asana to manage campaign timelines, tasks, and approvals
Execute against deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time, launching an average of twenty campaigns per month
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, which include both global field marketing and corporate events.

Basic familiarity with Marketo or similar tools; training will be provided
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow documented processes and work with technical systems
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
