Lead and coordinate evaluation and data-driven decision-making activities, including defining measures of success, tracking performance, and supporting implementation of evaluation frameworks.
Serve as a project manager for assigned workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams, tracking dependencies, and driving execution to completion.
Contribute across multiple functional areas (e.g., evaluation, engagement, training, and operations) to support overall program delivery and priorities.
Develop clear, visually compelling presentations and supporting materials that adhere to client branding and style guidelines.
Research and synthesize information from government documentation, internal work products, and subject matter experts to craft concise and accurate messaging.
Collaborate closely with project leads, trainers, and facilitators to clarify messaging objectives and iterate content based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure all materials meet defined learning objectives and resonate with end-user needs, particularly related to education and behavior reinforcement.
Manage version control, file organization, and documentation standards in line with federal program management norms.
Produce high-quality, executive-ready deliverables such as MOAs, CoAs, Concepts of Operations, Project Plans, Strategic Plans, Business Rules, SOPs, and leadership presentations.
Manage tight deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public policy, education, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, preferably supporting federal clients or large-scale process implementation / training / comms focused programs – additional preference given to EHR, EHRM, or Clinical Health experience.
