About this role
Role Overview
- Drive the financial performance of projects (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, monthly and quarterly forecasts) and act as a business partner to project teams
- Identify opportunities and risks, monitor mitigation plans, and lead project reviews to ensure margins and financial targets are met
- Deploy and maintain standardized financial processes and tools for performance planning and management
- Ensure local practices are aligned with ABB policies on trade compliance, export control, sanctions, and customs
- Serve as the local point of contact for Trade Compliance matters, support project teams, participate in audits/compliance reviews, and promote continuous improvement
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance/Controlling with at least 5 years’ experience in project controlling and/or finance
- Solid experience in project financial management and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of export control and customs compliance regulations (or strong willingness to develop these skills)
- Interest in data analytics; experience with SAP is a plus
- Business mindset, autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills in French and English
