About this role

Implement the service sales strategy and manage the service sales process.
Generate service sales opportunities for ABB’s Business Line Power Reliability.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure quick response to customer needs.
Sell the entire service product portfolio and promote ABB’s service products during marketing activities.
Develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information.
Prepare sales plans and review them, proposing recovery plans when needed.

Experience in service or technical sales within the power generation, electrification, automation, or industrial sectors.
Thorough knowledge of Installed Base (IB) concepts.
Skilled in identifying, developing, and securing service sales opportunities.
Solid commercial acumen including experience with pricing, sales planning, and forecasting.
Customer-focused mindset with effective communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent communication in English and German; with knowledge of additional languages preferred.
Willingness to travel as required.
