Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division
Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities
Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed
Requirements
Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries
Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow
At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project
Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity; Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at team work.
