Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division
Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
Showcase expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand customer needs
Promote customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and align to provide a solution
Ensure a positive customer experience
Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities
Manage administrative procedures in sales processes, and support collection and project management activities when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor or master degree, Major in science or engineering (electrical automation major is preferred)
At least 3 years sales experience in related industries;
Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow;
At least have experience and knowledge of digitalization (automation) project
Strong learning ability; customer orientation;
Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity;
Result driven;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork.
