Role Overview
- Maintain complex salary entries and tax computations without guidance
- Manage processes and document flow required by law or internal procedures
- Prepare and validate payment obligations for contributions and income tax
- Prepare payment orders and verify tax liabilities
- Provide support in identifying solutions for errors
- Keep updated with payroll/personnel legislation and implement changes
- Adhere to document submission deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Human Resources
- More than 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Good understanding of business context
- Client-oriented
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Good conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry and biofuels
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced English language skills
