Role Overview
Translating business goals into clear product strategies that deliver measurable value
Leading end-to-end execution of new products and product enhancements within Intelligence Solutions Research Services
Coordinating cross-functional teams across product, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and momentum
Owning project planning, including timelines, dependencies, and resource needs, while adapting plans as priorities evolve
Anticipating risks and challenges early, communicating them clearly, and leading thoughtful mitigation strategies
Making informed decisions when multiple paths are available, balancing speed, quality, and impact
Managing multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously while maintaining focus and delivery excellence
Communicating progress, insights, and recommendations with confidence to stakeholders at all levels, from senior leadership to frontline teams
Partnering with stakeholders to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog in support of long-term growth
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in product management, project management, healthcare, analytics, or a related field
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Experience working within healthcare, clinical research, clinical trials, or analytics-driven environments
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver complex initiatives from concept through execution
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across diverse teams
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and maintain momentum
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience managing product backlogs and working in agile or hybrid delivery models
Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management tools
Experience supporting Real World Evidence (RWE), patient-reported outcomes, or digital transformation initiatives
