Requirements

- Provide regular training and development feedback
- Create and execute staffing plans with hiring managers
- Schedule and lead staffing update calls
- Drive recruitment strategy through various channels
- Manage recruitment expenditures and adhere to policies
- Establish KPIs and metrics for recruiting team
