About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for sales in the Koblenz, Trier, Kaiserslautern and Luxembourg sales area: Based on your experience and expertise, you make decisions independently within a defined framework.
Holistic development of existing customers and acquisition of new customers: You enjoy approaching and winning new customers for Schäfer Shop, and you understand how important it is to comprehensively develop and manage our existing and contract customers to maximize potential.
Trend scouting and identification of market needs: You have a talent for gaining an overview and can dive into details when required.
Achieving the set sales targets for the field sales team: Targets drive you and you are consistently motivated to meet them.
Preparation and follow-up of quotations, conducting price negotiations and scheduling customer appointments: Communication and coordination with internal departments, suppliers and partners play an important role. You keep both the stakeholders’ (especially the customer’s) needs and the process under control.
Regular participation in meetings and involvement in projects: You naturally contribute actively.
Requirements
Very good German and French language skills
Qualified commercial/business training or equivalent
Ideally initial field sales experience, or strong motivation to gain this experience
Communicative and open personality with a high degree of initiative and diligence
Passion for new customer acquisition and for negotiating with customers
High level of motivation, flexibility, organizational skills and creativity
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Structured and systematic thinking and working style
Confident user of MS Office products
Ideally experience with SAP
Willingness to travel and flexibility within the sales territory
Residence within the sales territory
