Provide leadership and strategic alignment for International I&A teams across priority markets.
Ensure consistency of methodologies, insights generation, and customer journey understanding globally.
Guide I&A support for global business segments, ensuring integration of segment-level insights with U.S. and international priorities.
Oversee the global customer journey, ensuring incorporation of qualitative and quantitative insights across all touchpoints.
Shape processes across Insights and Analytics to maximize business impact and streamline insight generation.

Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in insights, analytics, strategy, or consulting.
Experience in medical device, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
Demonstrated success influencing senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.
Track record of both strategy development and hands-on execution.
