Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale, and resource budgets
Responsible for overall test plan design and processes
Specify the test environment for whole life-cycle testing
Consult with key business stakeholders to ensure application design is optimised for testability
Provide quality assurance evaluation estimates on various projects
Diagnose problems and probe underlying issues to generate multiple potential solutions
Create quality assurance procedures and user instructions to ensure a reusable process and tools approach
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
ISTQB Advanced advantageous
Proven senior‑level QA leadership on Workday implementations
Hands‑on knowledge of Workday configuration and architecture to support risk‑based testing
Demonstrated experience testing Workday integrations with end‑to‑end data validation
Expertise in defining and executing Workday‑specific test strategies, including SIT, UAT, regression, security, and data migration testing
Experience in defect governance and quality reporting within Workday programmes, including root‑cause analysis and executive reporting
People management skills
introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
