Analyze and monitor reimbursement processes
Support management with administrative and operational tasks
Operate in accordance with institutional policies and regulations
Update and maintain spreadsheets and management systems
Prepare and issue management and analytical reports
Review and validate processes, ensuring quality before submission
Provide support to employees, beneficiaries and internal departments, supplying information
Manage and send correspondence, spreadsheets and various documents
Respond to internal and external audits
Handle inquiries such as NIPs, Ombudsman requests and Contact Us messages
Represent the organization when requested
Perform related activities following internal guidelines
Maintain and safeguard assets and equipment under your responsibility

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Social Work, Nursing, or related management/clinical programs
Postgraduate studies in a health-related field in progress are a plus
Basic knowledge of the regulation and resolutions of the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS)
Intermediate knowledge of medical healthcare services (reimbursement)
Intermediate knowledge of administrative processes
Basic knowledge of office software (emphasis on word processing and spreadsheets)
Technical knowledge in: reimbursement protocol analysis; ANS/ANVISA regulations; CBHPM tables; Brasindice and Simpro publications; TUSS and TISS; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Minimum of 6 months’ prior experience in the field, with emphasis on reimbursements
Knowledge of FACPLAN/FACIL and PROTHEUS/TOTVS systems is a plus
