Manage property claims end-to-end, from first notification of loss through to settlement
Built and maintain high-quality relationships with stakeholders, brokers, and policyholders, consistently meeting the service standards our clients expect
Prioritise and organise a varied caseload, working within system driven SLAs and workflows to keep claims moving efficiently
Communicate clearly and professionally
whether that's a coverage letter, a call with a claimant, or an update to a client adapt quickly in a past-paced enviroment
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims in all or any of the following: Commercial, Personal, Agriculture
Business Interruption knowledge would be advantageous
Claims authority of £25,000 or more in current role
Awareness of current UK trends associated with Insurance and the wider market impacts
Ability to analyze and evaluate complex data and make sound decisions based on established guidelines, policies, and procedures
Curious and motivated by problem solving and questioning the status quo
Desire to engage in learning opportunities and continuous professional development
Willingness to travel for client and claims needs
