About this role
Role Overview
Generate and qualify business opportunities for the sales team
Conduct active prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp)
Identify decision-makers and map opportunities at target companies
Qualify leads according to defined criteria (profile, pain points, purchase potential)
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team (closers)
Enter and organize information in the CRM
Track performance metrics (calls, contacts, meetings scheduled)
Collaborate on building lists and outreach strategies
Requirements
Previous experience as a BDR or SDR
Availability to work on-site in the Lourdes neighborhood, Belo Horizonte during business hours
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proactive, hunter mindset
Comfortable handling objections and cold outreach
Basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, LinkedIn)
