An education at the bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in operations/general/site/plant or field services management with P&L responsibility.
Experience working with customers and building relationships.
Strong leadership and management skills with experience growing a business.
Self-starter.
Strong safely culture leadership experience.
A strong desire to "win"/competitive nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
