Role Overview
- Handles inbound customer service calls
- Provides timely, effective and professional responses to customer inquiries
- Identifies customer's needs and suggests products and services
- Maintains and modifies customer records utilizing various databases
- Resolves product or service problems to expedite resolution
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers
- HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service
- Must be 18 years of age or older
