You will contribute to the supplier qualification process by executing assessments through SAP Ariba and lead or support supplier audit planning and execute on-site assessments in the Emerging Market region.
You will facilitate the implementation of improvement actions at suppliers based on audit findings and lessons learned from quality incidents.
You will lead or support the parts approval process, ensuring critical parts and major changes meet technical and operational requirements.
You will monitor supplier performance indicators and escalations to identify low-performing suppliers in the Emerging Market supply base.
You will define and implement action plans to improve supplier performance, collaborating closely to ensure effective corrective actions.
You will lead or support the non-conformity resolution process, including root-cause identification and countermeasure implementation and perform product inspections at supplier sites before shipment.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements
You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and supplier development.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and auditing, including welding, painting, insulation, and similar operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven capacity to make data-driven decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel frequently within Emerging Market (EM) countries.
