Role Overview
- Review and negotiate contractual clauses
- Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Legal, Finance and Operations teams
- Monitor project milestones to support on-time execution
- Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations
- Prepare and present regular contract status reports
- Protect organizational value through rigorous contract administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field
- More than 10 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools, including Office 365, SharePoint and Teams
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Candidate must already hold a valid work authorization
