About this role

Lead a small team of 5+ engineers and bridge technical expertise with Japanese communication.
Communicate effectively in Japanese on technical topics, including writing strong technical documents and inquiry responses.
Drive maintenance development, including issue investigation and OSS version upgrades, to deepen product knowledge.
Respond to client inquiries, clarifying specifications and business processes.

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Java Full-Stack development and have experience as a technical lead.
Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise customers.
Have good experience in Java web application frameworks (Struts2, Spring, Tomcat, Nginx), JavaScript and AWS.
Japanese: Native or business level.
English: Business level (for meetings and documentation with overseas centers).
Vietnamese: Business level (for communication and negotiation with local SE team).
