Role Overview
- Oversee a portfolio of Community Health programs with medium-high complexity
- Manage and develop key community partnerships to advance program reach and portfolio
- Facilitate presentations to service line leaders and community partners on program impact
- Leads and facilitates communication and interaction among program stakeholders
- Develop relationships with stakeholders including residents and attend community meetings and outreach events
Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Administration/Management, Public Health, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community health and social services, project management or grant management experience or 2 years with a Master’s Degree
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and analysis, planning and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with program and grant implementation
