Oversee a portfolio of Community Health programs with medium-high complexity
Manage and develop key community partnerships to advance program reach and portfolio
Facilitate presentations to service line leaders and community partners on program impact
Leads and facilitates communication and interaction among program stakeholders
Develop relationships with stakeholders including residents and attend community meetings and outreach events
Requirements
Bachelors in Business Administration/Management, Public Health, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in community health and social services, project management or grant management experience or 2 years with a Master’s Degree
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and analysis, planning and problem-solving skills
