Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing change across complex business functions.
Strong ability to analyze data, identify performance gaps, and develop sustainable improvement solutions.
Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams and securing stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering transformational change from pilot to implementation.
Ability to communicate effectively with decision-makers and influence organizational strategies.
Knowledge of industry best practices and company policies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
