Build industry-defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale.
Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.
Work with data science, engineering, and other Walmart partners to define data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs and UX for reporting dashboards.
Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising.
Conduct customer research to define customer segments and identify needs to inform product roadmap.
Manage product roadmaps, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
Define vision and strategies for product family and build business cases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
5 to 7 years of experience in product management in advertising/ad tech, data analytics, and/or business intelligence/reporting.
Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products.
Proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or the equivalent) preferred.
8+ years of experience leading product teams at an Online Advertising / Ad Tech business preferred.
